方法1:
打開註冊表編輯器(win+r 輸入regedit)，找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon這一個主鍵，在右邊窗口中找到”LegalNoticeCaption”和”LegalNoticeText”這兩個字符串，刪除除這兩個字符串，如果從開機還是沒用，使用方法二↓↓↓簡單暴力又有效XD↓↓↓
方法2:
按windows鍵，然後輸入msconfig，出現系統設定後，選”啟動”那欄，然後看看啟動項目裡，有沒有什麼xxx加速器或是快速xxx的，把打勾取消掉，順便看一下，命令是指向那個軟體造成的.
