Web 2.0 include Community, Content, Consumer experience, Cross Service. Encourage user participation and interaction such as YouTube and Wiki. Let consumer convenient, intuitive, highly interactive user interface that the client does not need to install any software they still can use the service. Traditional concept to web 2.0

The concept of traditional enterprise is Top-down, the user involved in the design, alliance by the IT department, architecture. Also advance planning, fixed specifications and centralized management. The concept of web 2.0 is Bottom-top, the user involved in the production, as well as user establish spontaneous, community knowledge and open participation.

Enterprise 2.0 includes the six components Search, Links, Authoring, Tags, Extensions and Signals (SLATES).

How would it effect to web 2.0? The system can reduce the burden of the user to meet user needs, this avoids the generation of information vulnerability. Tool must be simple to use and keep an open mind through web services allows user to easy to pick combination.

IBM has use the web tools and services that employ web 2.0 techniques such as tagging, ratings, networking, RSS and sharing the context of the enterprise. IBM also creates the web 2.0 social software call IBM Connections. So IBMcompany can understand the idea of employees also know their clients needs. They have obviously managed the risks in order to get the benefit of better communication.
